Things you HATE about JRPGS...

I have no problems with the mechanics of JRPGs, I love:

Random Encounters
Turn-based combat
Side quests
Etc.

What I don't like are the "anime-isms". The spiky haired teens, the overly bubbly school girls, the brooding "angsty for no reason" male leads, the poor voice (over)acting, and leaving everything to the power of friendship, or other such shallow concepts and ideals.
