very unlikely, with xenoblade, fatal frame, fast racing neo, starfox and maybe even eternal darkness or shadow of the eternals announcement(recently quantum Entanglement confirmed that still on development) there is no need for zelda this year and maybe the game is not finished and nintendo anticipated things to soon
As for NX, nha, if iwata its gonna show us something this 2016 then the earliest you could expect it is 2017, but bet will be 2018 since nintendo has to be prepared with good arsenal for the next console and not make the sam mistakes like wii u, not to mention that there is to much coincidence that nintnedo always launches a new console 2-3 years after announcing its codename to the public
