WTF! GTAIV 360: 720p, PS3: 620p ?!?

What I don't see is how a game so far known by their bugs (the little I've seen it looks like the phisics are far more bugged than Crackdown. And that's a lot!) can make a lot of "perfect 10's" from the media. That annoys me.
