I posted squirtle, though kirby was the first to pop into my head. As for humans, I can't say. Rise from P4 is cuter than Chie though. I'd have to look back and see other human characters but yea.

Meh, Rise is overrated and Chie is way cuter with her slightly tomboy personality. :P
