Playing in slow motion and fast motion and the like just seems like it would mess up your timing. Consider trying to execute the dancing swords routine in slow motion, sure if you're really quick you may have an easier time noticing the slight glow the sword gets at the right time to push the buttons for the next one or you could just work out the rhythm of the move at normal speed and use that. |
I did play training on slow for a bit with a couple characters so I could see exactly how they attack and their range and stuff. I tried dodging and many other things and it gives a very good idea of the timings. But I agree that it doesn't do much for real life timing, other than gives you a general idea of what your character is capable of.
