This. The Kingdom Hearts games are a collection of shenanigans, story-wise, yet those games are the reason why people hold Nomura is so high regard.

I could never understand that. Gameplay is fine in Kingdom Hearts games, sure. But when it comes to the actual stories, Nomura is a pretty poor writer and director.

lol I love the KH games but I have trouble taking anyone seriously who thinks Kingdom Hearts has a well told story. The storytelling in those games is some of the worst I've ever seen. It was passable with the first game, but everything fell of a cliff with KH2 and only got worse from there.
