How many wii u were sold in the week of splatoon release in Japan?17.7k Wiiu Were sold,congrats to any who predicted 17k or 18k,there is no much space to write the winners in the title,they are many!

Xeno had a bundle. Mario kart made it to 20k without a bundle.... I still think anyone expecting above 20k is overestimating its impact on Wii U sales.

Yeah and I don't doubt you but the odds are not completely against us,pikmin 3 made it to 23k without a bundle,in a similar period and with 92k FW sales,Japan has gone crazy for splatoon which sold the 90% of it's initial shipments and  might ended up selling 150k-200k FW...

So Jumping from 7.7k  to  20k+ is not that hard plus that wii u was up in the last week we got,so that seems to be a pre-week splatoon boost which allow us to be optimistic in my opinion!:p

Edit:Mario kart manily a retrospective booster,i.e it  was keeping tripled the baseline of wii u for  a long time !:P I hope splatoon to keep wii u afloat in the next weeks...
