Yeah, I have a friend who paid 20 dollars for the Krypt unlock in MKX. I told him I'd never spend that type of money just to unlock the Krypt. He said he didn't care, it was "only 20," and it was quicker to unlock everything that way. So, given that he's spent 250+ dollars on DLC for Dead or Alive 5, I didn't even bother trying to argue that supporting that was only showing companies it's okay to lock a bunch of stuff in the game (like the old days) and charge 20 dollars to unlock it all. Reasoning and logic isn't a strong suit of his... And, I can't figure out why that is. The guy has no problem getting in your head. Of all the fights we played, I won but a single time.
Just stubborn as hell.
