No my friend. Just because that's how you use that particular feature doesn't mean that that's how everyone else should use it. Now if people want to highlight their texts in blue or green and it's an option then they should without fear ofbeing condemned. If there is no such rule for the forum stickied or the option for such features were removed or individuals were using feature to spam and disrupt then I'd understand but to say "hey, I don't like the way you use capital letters in YOUR posts" or similar, is a little retarded... especially when the forum has no such rule.
