Best game of the year? Could be!
The decade? Time will tell, but I'd be open to it!
Of all time? I think you went one too far there. 
As for sales, isn't P4G sitting at almost a million sold on a userbase half of what PS4 is? (let alone PS3) I think it could easily do 2mil LT on combined platforms. In fact, I'd be pretty shocked if it didn't. I know they hype is real for this game.
For sure, I know they'll have one sale from me. P4G was the first Persona game I played, but it hooked me on the series.
It'll be awhile before I figure out how to do one of these. :P
