I'm not planning on going for 4k gaming any time soon, the Titan X struggles to run even aging games in 4k with effects toggled, I don't think single GPU's will run 4k gaming without stutter for another two chipset generations or so.
I really want to know more about the 390x, it appears to possibly be the best purchase among the choices I have but 4GB is a no-go, regardless of whether or not its HBM or GDDR5.
