Would like to see a bit about the new R&C. Sure, it's delayed until next year but at the same time we still know relatively little about it...E3 is a good place to change it.
Aside from that one surprise thing I'd like to see would be a new Crash game. It's going to be another long and late night to watch it here so hopefully it will deliver.
