Technically it's shota, so pretty low.
Though one of my favourite manga just released in french. It's about a pedophile lesbian relationship shown in the cutest possible way (no sarcasm). That gave me hope (Though the person responsible for the publishing and the guy at the censorship office were probably not sober when approving this).
