Disinterest has made more goods things come out of Nintendo than competition.

I really don't like the logic that competition is good. It's not even good for prices, because the competition between Nintendo and Sony has driven both companies to launch $250+ handhelds, and that subsequently got both into trouble.

You have no competition, you have no room for improvement and you become complacennt when one person holds the monopoly. Less options. Competition will always be good imo
