Entitlement is wrong though. I think its just some just dont want to see whats happening. Ninty makes systems for themselves first and foremost, nothing wrong with that, but you cant have that mentallity and expect 3rd partys to bend over bacwards to abide by it, this aint the SNES or NES days. When they started doing stupid stuff with there HW starting with N64 thats when it went off the rails. And they kept doing their own thing, which again is fine but you cant have your cake and eat it too. You cant do your own thing and expect people to follow suit, not gonna happen.
Especially since there are 3 other more viable options and especially since they dont show much interest in helping much. Say what you want about the Cell, it sucked sure but at least Sony guys tried to help 3rds better understand it. Something Ninty doesnt and seems like they wont do.
As for the fans, what is there to say, been like this since N64 that was years ago. Why some people are still surprised is beyond me. The behavior of Ninty that some praise will ensure that they will be left out so either they acccept that and hope for the best or admit that maybe Ninty should make HW a bit more in line with what everyone else is doing. Especially since no evidence has shown there games couldnt be made on something more inlines with industry standards.
