2. The entire series being available on Nintendo means nothing . This is the company that screwed Nintendo with FF7. Ya know, the platform that made FF, never to see another mainline entry again. They also did it recently - Star Ocean! entire series available on PS platforms but SO4 360 exclusive for year. Its not out of character for SE. Not to mention all that DQ consolidation on Nintendo happened last gen when THEY were most popular! Thats not the case anymore, so expect a twist this gen. Its already started. All the new non port DQ games will be on PS ⇒Srry but this doesn't make sense. Especially when DQ has 6-8 retail games for Nintendo platforms this gen while ps has 2-3. And you keep saying "not the case anymore" and it'll be PS exclusive from now on and again DQVIII is on 3DS!
3. DQ was already on PlayStation. Its very similar to Atelier Rorona. Its was already on PlayStation platforms now letting Nintendo fanbase get a chance and they choose the safer console? Your looking to deep into that one. Not mention, so far we have not seen any PS2 to PS4 HD ports and that will have to do with fact that tech gap may be too big as Kojima hinted at last gen with PS1 - PS3, and making a PS2 HD port may just be like remaking the game. Remember, HD ports are suppose to cheap. By default that would only really only leave 3DS as best choice. One more thing, thats focusing on SE's new products, not old ones dude! Ports are just money nothing more nothing less. 4. Why is DQ heroes ironic? We first got hint of new mainline DQ being PS exclusive after the sales success of Heroes! They were so pleased the sequel was announced literally right after the first one released. ⇒Ironic because Main DQ game is on WiiU this gen and DQ is a Spin (not made by SE). Also DQ had a spin off ths year made on a Nintendo Platform.... Soooo? |
People jumping on the "DQ is for PS only train" now because of DQH/DQH2 and a very high chance of DQXI yet ignore DQVIII coming to 3DS make me crack up.
