So PC is probably the best plattform for The Witcher 3 worldwide.

You need to look only UK steam sales and retail is always bad on PC.

For a game like The Witcher 3 only 460k WW in Steam is pretty average... Dark Souls II did 1 million in steam at debut.

And the last sentence there is no way to know that... you need to add digital sales for consoles too and there is a lot of variables like PS4 probable sold over 1 million WW.
