Really good looking game.
They didn't have the resources to optimise completely on Console AND PC. That's the problem. Consoles do not 'hold games back' it means they have to spread their resources more finely. If the game was a PS4 exclusive it would look better than it does now on PS4, but it would be ridiculous to say 'PC is holding PS4 back'.
If developers can afford to fully optimize on all platforms this wouldn't be an issue and no one would be 'held back'. Anyone complaining needs to sit down and enjoy the beautifully crafted experience CD Project Red created.
