Haha. Nintendo actually lost FFVII due to cartridges. Sony moneyhatted it away from the Sega Saturn!
OP Great find! Very interesting to see just how dominant the SNES was late in the systems life, who'd have thought the market would change so much over the course of the next gen. I look forward to seeing your site if you are making one!
