What evidence is that? Your only evidence is that TWO companies have gotten sued, with no evidence to state they have been successfully sued or settled. The Dannon one even says that the woman suing didnt win.
I can sue everyone in the entire world on anything, but it wouldnt matter unless I win.
Nintendo will never be sued for Wii Fit. They will NEVER say "This and only this will make you fit!" They will be like all companies and say that studies have proven for it to help in a healthy lifestyle.
