Well.. it depends if you see competing for the highest score (albeit by method of exercise) in one of the 40 different available activities with your family and friends as a "goal or objective", if not, you probably can't consider pacman to be a game either, or any on-rails game, or any game that you are working towards a highscore, and nothing else
