Whilst much of it matches the GfK data, some of it does not, for example Nintendo have LTD through 2007 at 776k, whereas GfK Media Control said it was 728k. This is not within the margin of error. Wii is clearly 50k higher on the graph than the GfK data, you can see this without even counting pixels. At month 10 Wii should be at 360k according to GfK,the graph has it clearly at 400k. This explains much of the discrepancy. The November & December match GfK data, it's just the LTD at the end of December that doesn't.
