Sure, but there's only a few enemies in which you can repel back projectiles (Spiders and the worm thingys). And even then these enemies are placed for the sake of using bash as a means of continued movement (which is why I included my praise of Bash in the movement section of my review).
I agree that Bash is a great addition to the game, but I honestly don't think it did much to enhance combat, but instead enhanced Ori's already fantastic feel. So I guess we agree to disagree.
