Nope, I didn't feel dizzy watching or playing this game. I may suck at shooters but they never seem dizzy or disorientating to me.
I can see how gameplay video with motion controls could look dizzy for some people since it took me a while to get use to them in the demo. The Y button is definitely helpful if it feels uncomfortable at the start since it resets the gyro control position and acts like the camera reset button in Zelda.
