Eh, it's doubtful to me. Wii U needs a few more big games like XC:X, Starfox and Zelda to drop and then, I think the turnaround will be much quicker.
Vita doesn't have anything big in the pipeline and is getting far less support. It may take another year or two and it may be a close race, but I still think Wii U will overtake Vita at some point.
It'll be awhile before I figure out how to do one of these. :P
