Quite possibly. The way things have been talking and with the news coming out there's a good chance they will only dedicate their time (or the majority of it) to exclusives and leave other devs/events to reveal the multiplat titles.
And that's good. It's no fun spending 10-15 minutes on the latest Battlefield/COD/FIFA games coming out. We know they're coming anyway, use that precious E3 presentation time to reveal something new and unexpected to really knock the socks off any prospective buyers!
