We don't know, but changes are 90% that is 2016. title (november 2016. for me).
Games in Nintendo release calendar are always listed TBD if they can't be released in current year. Last year Zelda U also was listed TBD.
Theoretically can be released in 2020. too, but logical it was 2015. title and was delayed (like most of previous Zelda games), so 2016. is very logical argument.
It have nothing with NX, my theory is that Zelda will be shown on E3, but not on demo stage, just trailer.
