i read that as if he means it has something to do implemented with the whole portable gaming, so its a merge with Mobile gaming and handheld gaming, not a console. Thats a deticated video game platform aswell because its detciated to video games. doesnt mean its a console as we know it

Indeed. So shortly after the New3DS comes out, they are going to release yet an other new handheld... -__-
