Pretty much. Ever since the Shaq-Kobe days from 2000 - onward, the West walks all over the East in terms of talent and Championship contenders, I mean besides the Pistons in '04, the Heat in '06, Celtics in '08, and the Heat in '12 and '13, every championship had been won be a Western Conference team.
