The gap BKK calculated is 276k for PS3 and 321k for Nintendo, combined around 600k. The total European sales for the first 13 weeks are around 1900k for PS3 and Wii combined. The pie chart provided by BKK shows UK, France and Germany combined to be around 2 third of the market, while the other countries (almost all of the remaining countries in Western Europe) make up for the remaining 1 third. Considering the missing 600k is about equal to 1 third of the market as well makes it seem likely Nintendo included a large part of the countries in Western Europe, but it is impossible to know which ones exactly.
