I just don't think the game's creativity is going to be enough to counteract its lack of voice chat or its single online mode at launch in the eyes of critics, that's all.

Personally, I'm getting it for the campaign, so as long as that's complete at launch, I'm good to go.

Critics have splat zones unlocked and voice chat is not the reason you take 10 points down, and this games needs 0 voice chat in turf mode at least, is too quick and chaotic.
