unless you want hardware that costs $600 BC isn't an option this gen. no conspiracy,.. just cold hard facts: the new architecture doesn't run old architecture software. so unless you a forced bundeled last gen console inside your console for an additional $200 just stop bitching about it already. wiiU looks expansive compared to the ps4/xbox right now and it is the bundeled wii insides the wiiU that drives a lot of that. so here is your options:
A) expensive hardware for shitty "specs" with BC included
B) cost effective hardware with decent "specs" without BC.
BC is sooo fucking overrated that both MSony made the right choice here.
next gen will probably have BC due to probably supporting the same architecture.
