I thought they made a MH4U New 3DS bundle in America with the game pre installed? Im sure PAL territories only got a special console with the game sererately.
I guess because it is a lot cheaper to make the game on the 3DS rather than a home console, yes its lame but thats just the mentality of Japanese devs these days.
Not sure how different. I definitely know the New 3DS has more stable 3D (if you are into that sort of thing), sharper textures (especially the shadows on MH4U, and faster loading times.
Oh a video I just watched showed the New 3DS loading MH4U less than half the time of the 3DS XL.
