PC is obviously going to be the best version of Witcher 3. No doubt about it, but this doesnt mean the console versionsdoesnt look excellent as well.
And here is the thing, for PC enthusiasts who have built high end machines 60fps is a big deal because it is very noticeable.
However what is most important here is that 33 million other people can play it who doesnt game on PC. Its a win win and the e-penis war of what looks the best may go on, but in the end everybody (more people) has a chance to enjoy it. That is truly what matters. Being able to play the game.
