il be buying this for the ps3, its obviously the superior version. psn will also have dl content, just not the ones 360 has exclusive rights to, but i feel even better will be the upcoming home intergration. some people are moaning as usual regarding this being a multiplatform game and that ps3 is supposed to be light years ahead blah blah blah. well what if this game was made only on ps3 utilising the bluray? they had to make a game that will fit on a dvd, so i feel in a way this is a lesser of a game that it possibly could have been because its multiplatform. bluray>dvd so my sum up will be for the ps3 version: - better grafix Graphics are the same, only more framedrops on 360 (I agree that that's an issue, but it doesn't chance the graphics)
- better load times Probably, but we don't know the difference if it's installed on 360
- better controller for gta I'm not even going to react to such nonesense
- will have dl content soon It is obvious that 360 DLC will be much and much bigger. Microsoft could have made 2 good games out of the money they paid R*, 360 DLC will be very significant.
- gta4 mini games work well with sixaxis motion support, ie bowling What happened to mini-games suck/motion control is a fad?
- home integration Do you have Home? XBL achievements are already there, not somewhere in the future
- free online play Good thing

Since I own neither, I think I can say I'm unbiased towards either, and as you can see I don't agree with most of what you say. I think if you're a big fan of GTA and you have both consoles you have to decide what's more important. Framerate or extra content. As someone who doesn't care too much about graphics I'd take the extra content any time. (since both versions get great reviews I figure the framerate issues aren't too severe. |
hey bengabenga: no worries:) your right. just get the version you want thats all that matters. im just having a bit of a laugh thats all
