The game itself is very good, and I do plan getting it on launch.
With that said, I am still skeptical of some things in launch/post-launch such as Day 1 DLC (amiibo), lack of friend lobbies until August, and the lack of VC for the rest of post-launch.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
