Well well they still not learning aren't they, like bananaking told, what they need is time, and not just human power. If they want to make money why don't they just make different games with different team on different time. So once the games is finish the other can make another games and so on, and so on. and they can keep producing different IP for every year, and it's possibly 2 times a year.
