2010 or 2011, 2010 would be 5 years which is fine, i have a feeling they might stretch it to 2011 this time though. I wouldn't really recommend waiting, for most consoles (especially microsoft ones) its best to wait and make sure there are no reliability issues before you buy one. If you buy one now you will have bypassed most of the RROD stuff and you have a 3 year warranty that will take you until 2011 anyways.
