Trying doesn't mean that they would buy it... I'll try anything for free (well... almost anything 
But that doesn't mean i'd buy it... hell, if they packed bomberman: act zero into every 360 I'd at least try it... but I would never actually pay money for it.
I think it unfairly inflats wii software sales in the USA because people can not opt out of buying it... its like if AOL counted every free disc they sent out as a sale.
