I think the Yoshi delay on North America is because the Yoshi amiibo. The 65% of amiibo are sold on NA, and the yarn yoshi is going to be crazy. They need to stock enough.
My other theory is that is coming earlier to europe/nz because XCX is going to come earlier on US and they need to keep europeans happy.
