Wii U sold 23K in Japan this week. Bad? good? or what?

I saw a prediction thread (granted only 4 predictions in it) and most where 25-35k range.
Its alot better than those weeks it was selling 5k or so, but appears to be less than most expected.

 

Not sure if I should vote Ok, or very good.
