Just saw it again, this time by myself, and I think it's a better film overall than the first, it just lacked that certain wow factor of the original. Of course it's something that couldn't have been replicated, you watch the first and the reaction is, "Oh shit, this is actually happening," whereas with the second it's more, "Oh man, this is happening, again." It's not a good or bad thing, just that it's difficult to capture that lightning twice is all.
