Makes sense. Something like that should always be very front loaded - after all the further from launch the closer to the full game you get so buying it makes less and less sense. If they add the damage later this year it might get a last surge then before everyone hunkers down to wait for the full game I think.
Also, without visibility to the downloads the total sold can't be known but it seems reasonable to assume a decent level of downloads should be added to the current SW sales to get true number sold.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
