Considering Cameron hasn't even won the elections very small, even if he does actually unless the EU is going to pull of crazy stunts on UK and limiting it's grow by giving fines like they did last year. Uncertainty and the need of safety will make sure the UK will not leave the EU as Scotland didn't leave the UK. There are some parties screaming that the UK should leave while majority doesn't want to take the risk. Although if you would conduct referendums across EU countries, about the EU becoming less a big brother towards it states would be a really interesting one. (75% of your laws are made by the EU)
