Well the UK election was today and one of the parties (maybe even both?) promised referendums on it. If they do a referendum it won't be until at least 2016 and then if they chose to leave it would again take awhile to sort it all out, so yeah it's unlikely anything would really happen before 2018. As for the chances of it happening? Really difficult to actually say, probably be similar to the Scottish referendum where who they think will win will go back and forward a bit before the actual vote happens. |
