Could still be Fusion, but with the handheld releasing before the console. If you look at it that way, they have extra time to build a moderate power, lost cost console that can be bundled with the handheld for an affordable price, and the console would already have a decent sized library of games from the handheld when it releases (assuming that the Fusion console runs the same games as the Fusion handheld, but at a higher resolution/framerate and with a few other graphical enhancements).

That's not a very good idea business wise. The handheld is cheaper runs the same games, why would anyone by the console and if the console gets excluside content, why would anyone buy the handheld when they can get everything on the console. Its really not a good idea business wise when it comes to console sales.
