The WiiU has only shipped 3.37m for the full year which I believe misses their forecast of 3.6m. Thats terrible. WiiU is overtracked here by a few hunderd k in my opinion. 3DS has shipped 8.73m for the full year. 3DS is also overtracked by a few hundred thousand at least.

That's being a mite generous to VGC. It's probably more like 2 million overtracked.
Looks like Wii U is about 200K over tracked. With the rate Wii U is selling I wouldn't be surprised if there were only about 250K WIi U's in the retail channels.
Financials are healthy at least. So long as Nintendo is making a profit they can ride this generation out and look for something transformative next gen.
