REALLY torn between Neo Bowser city, and mk8 rainbow road.
Neo bowser city has a crazy amount of effects, from the city background, lightning from signs, and the really well done rain effects.
Rainbow rainbow road on the other hand just feels more vibrant; the road constantly changes color, and the background just looks awesome.
