As a fan, that was a nice little reference. The fact he couldn't in the MCU means that there's soemthing wrong with Cap's character. :P

As a spoiler-phob, I didn't watch any trailers, didn't even know 'he should be in an Ultron story' wasn't in it until I watched it.
