When did Luigis mansion development end? Either this employee had a lot of down time, or the project that hasn't been announced has been in the works for some years (when we take into account that it's still in development). If they are sprucing up their linkedin, that also suggests that their work has just ended on the project and they are looking for a new project. Thus, the project should be announced soon.
Further, note the plural on secret projects. There is more than one ongoing here.
